My place is at Laplace (in the south, near CITE Universitaire) close to RER B station.It is about 12 min to Saint Michel and 15 min to Chatelet. The place is available immediately for both short term and long term accommodation from 4th May 2012. The rent depends on your options are there are different possibilities..If you share the saloon downstairs with another person, it is 425..It is 670 if you take it up alone and 400 if you are sharing the room with me upstairs. For a few days (minimum of two days) on a sharing basis, I can provide extra mattress for 22 Euro/day.
There is a fridge, washing machine, place to dry ans iron clothes, store room. The kitchen has gaz stove, microwave oven, coffee machine. Also, I would prefer someone who is vegetarian or atleast avoids red meat. Please contact me for more details.
