Rent for student season from September 2012 for 9 month is 490 euros with WIFI and CABLE TV included + 30 euros provision per month for utilities tax and water charges + electricity which you take a contract directly with the company in charge of it EDF.
Rent in summer season is only by the week from 370 to 430 euros per week
You can get some government help for paying the rent and I speak fluent English and can help you for this matter .
