Avec une terrasse de 80m2, une surface de 240m2, quatre chambres, deux salles de bain et deux wc, accès internet haut débit, téléphone illimité sur les fixes, cuisine entièrement équipée, lave linge, lave vaisselle, la chambre est actuellement meublée. L'appartement est neuf.
Je fais bcp la cuisinie .. surtout de la cuisine indienne quand j'ai le temps ,normal ce sont mes origines :-)
Nous nous sentons bien dans une colocation propre. Nous faisons aussi attention à ce que l'on mange (si possible BIO mais loin d'être ultra).
Nous cherchons de préférence une personne ayant fini ses études :-)!

The apartment is located at 5 minutes on foot to the tram station. Closed from the Europeans institutions.
The flat is new.
I cook a lot. Specially Indian cooking when I have time, normal I’m originaly from India born . :-)
We feel well in a clean environnement.And we pay also attention of what I’m eating (if possible ORGANIC but far from being ultra).
Preferably a person having finished her studies: -:)!
