Hi there :)
I’m looking for my new roommate !
At the center of l’Hay-les-Roses (94240), in a bright flat (walk-through flat East – West) of 56m² with a balcony with table, armchairs and soon the BBQ, I propose a room of 9m² full equipped (bed with new mattress, duvet and pillows), desk & chair, wardrobe, commode, supplementary clothing rack if needed for 750€ including all charges.
The flat has a nice kitchen, with 2 big fridges (each own) and a shared freezer, coffee machine, dish washing machine and a lot of cooking tools, since I have a love for cooking (especially pastries 😉). The restroom is in the bathroom (with Italian shower). There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
The Livingroom has a sofa, a dining table (max 6-8 people), a TV, a bookshelf (a lot of fantasy books but not only, some board game ...), some furnitures to clean spaces … (there will be space for each of our stuff in common space).
There is a closet in the entrance for coats and a place for shoes. But please note, in this household we don’t wear shoes at home ;) No elevator – 3rd level
The flat is right in the center, next to several bus stop (172 to go to RER B or To metro 7 Villejuif / 192 to go to Arcueil – La Vache Noire / 184 – Porte d’Italie).
The metro 14 opens in end of June 2024 is at 15 minutes by walk, 5 by bus.
The flat is just next to the park “La Roseraie” where you can have pic-nic or go running.
There are several restaurants at 50 meters of the flat (French, Vietnamese , Italian, Chinese, …), several banks, 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, 1 cheese shop, 1 pharmacy …
About me :
I’m 29 & French but I speak fluent English (I’m working in an international environment) and I know some school German. For 4 years I have been learning Japanese. I love to cook, I’m a fan of boardgame and I’m a DIY maniac. I like to have dinners or tea times from time to time at home with friends. I’m quite dynamic, I enjoy going out for drinks or have some activities during evenings and weekends (climbing inside or outdoors, going to exhibitions, festivals, trying new restaurants or escape game, having some touristic visits (but not too much touristic) …). I’m eager to share some activities with my roommate.
I share the flat with Cocotte, my turtle who lives exclusively in her aquarium (I’ll be the only one responsible of feeding and cleaning her). She is quiet and sleeps a lot 😉
About charges included in the rent :
I provide electricity, water, heating, Internet, access to a space in the cellar
The contract is defined for 1 year and it is renewable.
To rent the apartment, I require a deposition of 1 month’s rent. The deposition will be returned not later than 14 days after the contract has ended.
How I see the co-living:
I am looking for someone who I can have nice exchanges with, and not just someone who is renting a room. We can have our own space and not share every moment, but the idea is to have some dinners or evenings together, some activities together during weekend, And also be able to hang out with each others friends.
