Bonjour et Bienvenu sur Nice ! Une chambre sera disponible à partir du 31 mai 2013. Les deux colocatrices sont Maria, espagnole, elle travaille sur Nice et Maren, danoise, qui travaille à Eze. L appartement est situé en plein centre, coté Jean Médecin, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et à 50 mètres de l arrêt de tramway Nice Gare. Il y a une cuisine toute équipée : réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro onde, cuisinière électrique vitro céramique et four et TV 24 chaines. Il y a le WIFI dans l appartement. Chaque chambre a un vrai lit deux places, une table de nuit, une grande armoire avec miroir, un bureau et un fauteuil de bureau, les fenêtres sont en double vitrage. Il y a 2 salles de douche et 2 toilettes. Il y a également une machine à laver, un aspirateur ainsi qu une table et un fer à repasser. Il y a également un parking .. à vélo/scooter. Les charges sont comprises (eau, électricité, WIFI, assurance) Le dépôt de garantie est d un mois de loyer et je vous le rends à votre départ au moment où vous me remettez les clés. Ces colocations sont déclarées, avec un contrat de location par chambre (individuel) et permet donc d obtenir la CAF. A très bientôt ! The flatmates girls are Maren, danish and Maria, spanish, workers. The apartment is located in the center, next to avenue Jean Medecin, 5 minutes walk from the Nice-Centre train station and 50 meters from the tramstop Nice-Centre train station . There is a kitchen fully equipped: fridge, freezer, microwave, electric stove and oven and vitro ceramic , there is also TV 24 channels. There is WIFI in the apartment. Each room has a real double bed, night table, cupboard with mirror, desk and desk chair, the windows are double glazed. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is also a washing machine, vacuum cleaner as well as an ironning table and an iron. There is a bike parking lot. The charges are included (water, electricity, WiFi, insurance) The deposit is one month's rent and I will give it back to you when you leave and when you give me back the keys.
