Je loue une chambre/salon de 22 m2 située dans Le Marais, un quartier historique du 4ème arrondissement, en plein coeur de Paris, dans une rue calme et classée. La chambre se trouve dans un appartement mansardé de 89 m2. Les parties communes sont la cuisine (plaque à gaz, four, micro-ondes, machine à laver), et une jolie petite salle de bain avec toilettes. La chambre est complétement indépendante car elle se situe au bout du couloir.
Wifi, Tél gratuit vers plus de 175 destinations internationales. Commerces à proximité (supermarché, boulangeries, pharmacies, etc). Transports à 2 mn : ligne 1 & 7 (Saint-Paul & Pont Marie), bus, station de taxis.
