Hello! This is Cami, I'm 30 years old from Argentina. I'll be moving to Nice in July, therefore I'm looking for a studio/ apartment to rent. I have been living abroad for the past 5 years, so I can say I know how to take care and be responsible with another person's place. Although I don't have a job in France yet, I'll be finding one as soon as I get there. I can provide references from previous tenants if needed, and I also have a guarantee in France. The rent time will be for at least 4+ months, so long term is preferred. Thank you so much!
