About the apartment:

Cosy apartment with everything you need.

About the room:

Furnished room with bed, desk, hangers and shelves.

About the housemate:

I am French, architect, working between Prague and Paris and Alane who is american and also speaks French shares the apartment with me.
Je suis française et travaille entre Prague et Paris. Alane, Americaine qui parle français aussi (25ans) vit dans l'appartement.

House rules:

The common parts should always stay spotless and I am looking for a person who is clean in general.

Neighbourhood:

Between Belleville and Canal Saint Martin. It's really a lovely neighbourhood, with Place Saint Marthe, one street away, filled with restaurants and bars.
Chinese markets in Belleville and the Canal where it is so pleasant to hang out.
Bikes (velib) up the street, metro Goncourt (line 11) at 7mn on foot, metro Colonel Fabien (line 2) 4mn on foot.
Supermarket and bakery across the street.
