Cosy room in the heart of Paris - all bills included - avail. Jan. 15th

Bonjour,
I propose a nice furnished room (single), in a typical parisian building and in a beautiful and clean flat (70m²).
My place is located in the heart of Paris (10th district), a young and trendy neighbourhood in the city center.
From here, you can discover Paris by foot or bicycle, as we are close to Canal St. Martin, les Halles, Cinema Rex, Opéra, République, Galerie Lafayette and Montmartre.
Transport facilities are excellent and 5 Métro-Stations just around the corner: Poissonnière, Bonne Nouvelle, Château d'Eau, Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord.
The room rate is 820 E per month. It includes all bills (gaz, electricity, water, WIFI), as well as bed linen, towels, weekly laundry, use of a beautiful bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen.
The room is a good starting base for a person who comes to Paris for a few months and wants to be in contact with the locals.
It suits to a student or an intern, to somebody who is attending a language school or into an exchange program.
I am in my 50th, my work field is management and quality control, but I am also interested in the cultural life Paris is offering.
I traveled quite a bit in my life, lived in different countries and speak several languages. That's why I like to host from time to time.
On this base, I would like to welcome a respectful, educated and open minded person, who appreciates communication and cultural exchange, as well as independence and privacy.
Someone who likes to discover Paris and the french way of life and who enjoys the idea to share a part of our daily life, around a meal or a glass of wine.

The room will be available from January 15th and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
