Bonjour à tous,

I’m Norina, a 21-year-old student from Germany. I study business at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and work at KPMG as part of my cooperative program. This fall I’ll be doing an exchange semester at EDHEC Business School in Nice.

I’m looking for a room from September through December, ideally moving in during the week of August 24-30 (September 1 also works fine). I’m quiet, tidy, non-smoker, no pets, and I’ve lived independently for years, so I’m very used to managing a shared household responsibly and respectfully. I’d genuinely enjoy living with another student and am easygoing about splitting chores, groceries, etc.

Regarding the room itself: I’d love a private room, and it would be great to have access to a shared kitchen and washing machine. Things like a private bathroom and Wi-Fi would be a nice bonus, but they’re not a must.

Financially, I’m supported by my father in addition to my own income, and I can provide an income statement as proof. I’ve also already applied for a Visale guarantee (free French state-backed rent guarantee) and can send the confirmation as soon as I receive it. I’m also happy to arrange any other guarantees on request.
