Description de l'annonce
Hi! I’m Dane, 28, from South Korea, and I’m moving to Paris in mid-October on a Working Holiday visa.I’m planning to stay in Paris for at least a year. I’ll probably work part-time while I’m there, but one of the main reasons I’m moving is that I want to spend more time travelling, experiencing a new city, and working on creative/artistic projects.
I used to work in fashion marketing, and I’m into art, photography, music, travelling, wine, and CrossFit. I really enjoy discovering new places and meeting people from different backgrounds.
I’m clean, easygoing and respectful. I’ve lived abroad before and I’ve had several roommate experiences, so I’m very used to sharing a home and being mindful of other people’s space. I’m quite independent, but I also like having a friendly atmosphere at home.
Ideally, I’d love to live in an LGBTQ+ friendly household, especially with other gay people. I think it would be nice to occasionally have dinner together, talk about our day, or share a glass of wine, without feeling like we always have to hang out. but also I’m totally open to any kind of household as long as there’s respect in this world!
I mainly speak English. I’ve only recently started learning French, so my French is still very basic, but I definitely want to improve while I’m living in Paris.
My ideal move-in date is October 19, but I can be flexible til November 1st. I’m planning to stay in France for at least a year, although I’d prefer to start with a 6-month rental and extend it later if everything feels right.
Since I’m moving from Korea, I don’t have a French guarantor. I can provide proof of funds, and if needed, I can also provide a reference from my previous landlord in New York, where I lived for a year and always paid my rent on time.
