THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Rue Fernand Pelloutier is a quiet residential street in Clichy, right on the north-western edge of Paris. Metro Mairie de Clichy (line 13) is a 6-minute walk, which puts Saint-Lazare and the centre of Paris a short ride away, for noticeably less rent than inside the periphery.

- You can register at this address (proof of address provided), useful for your bank account, residence permit and administrative steps

- Deposit returned within 30 days after the end of the lease

TO BOOK
Passport copy and proof of income (employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, last 3 payslips, or a guarantor). The deposit and membership fee are charged once you enter your payment details online. Rent is only due a few days before your contract starts.

LEAVING
Departures are at the end of the month: rent is due through the last day of your final month.
