FREE from nowr , In a nice and safe place of west paris suburb.

PERFECT IF YOU WORK IN LA DEFENSE OR WEST PARIS.

Cheaper, biger and more quiet than a room in Paris! Perfect if you work at La défense or study at University Paris X Nanterre. Near LA DEFENSE business centre (15mn), Saint-Lazare 20 mn and Charles de Gaulle Etoile 35 mn. Correspondance to Paris (train, subway, bus, tram etc... ) runs frequently.

We are close from the train/ bus stations and from the shops, supermarkets, and useful services.

The room furnished is about 12 m2 with a shared bathroom . We share gardens, bathroom, balcony, big living room (40 m2) and the big kitchen (20 m2) We got two fridges, washing machine, microwaves oven and gas oven and all need for cooking. It's a no smoking house.

Note : the house got 2 bathrooms, 3 wc and each bedroom got it's own washbassin

Me : I'm a 49 year old visual artist. the other housemates guys are mostly French except one Spanish teacher but foreign people are welcome even if they doesn't speak French.

We are looking for someone CLEAN, QUIET and WHO LIKE SHARE A HOUSE WITH OTHER PEOPLE.

We are now 3 guys and 3 girls at home.

The total rent is 675e per month (rent 470e / charges 205) with two months deposit, all charges are included in it (internet, electricity, heat, water, gas, housing tax etc...) you will got a location contract and recipe (useful for APL and if you employer ask it)

THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE FROM begining of august but of course we are ok to start for september , we are looking for somebody at least for 6 months but we would prefer for a longer period.

Saint-Cloud is a very nice, pleasant, quiet and SAFE place between Versailles and Paris. We got with a wonderful park, a lot of trees. Dutch and American school in Paris are located in Saint-Cloud.
