- 47 m2 in total, your room is approx 16 m²

Positive aspects of the appartment:
- dead end street with silence
- metro Faidherbe Chaligny is 2 minutes away walking
- parc 30 seconds away walking
- your bedroom has a double bed

Negative aspects of the appartment:
- paint peeled off one wall and 2 doors
- toilet is inside the bathroom, so we need to get organized about it
