I am subletting a furnished 10m² room, available immediately for one year (possibly shorter or longer), to a non-smoking, clean, and respectful woman.

I’m a curator, art historian, teacher, and cultural manager who loves Paris for its culture and unique diversity.

The apartment is comfortable (57m²), bright, and clean, located in the 18th arrondissement, just a stone’s throw from Stalingrad metro station and 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. It’s on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a building inhabited by artists and musicians.
Situated in the second courtyard, the apartment is very quiet.

The neighborhood — lively and multicultural (Indian, African) — is very close to the Canal de l’Ourcq, and within walking distance of Buttes-Chaumont and Parc de la Villette. The area does have some social challenges and is not always very clean, but it’s lively, authentic, and full of character.

I’m looking for a serious and respectful woman who takes an active part in keeping the apartment clean.

Amenities: washing machine; all charges included (water, electricity, heating, internet).
Deposit: €400.
