💸 FINANCIAL DETAILS 💸
• Monthly rent (unfurnished lease): €900

• Monthly expenses per flatmate (electricity, internet, monthly cleaning service, household supplies, furniture and shared equipment): €230 (these are the total expenses divided by 2)

• Move-in fees: lease amendment fee: €500

⚠️ ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS ⚠️
The agency's Rent Guarantee Insurance (GLI) requires one of the following:
• A FRENCH guarantor employed on a permanent contract (CDI) and no longer in their probation period
• With a NET MONTHLY INCOME equal to at least 3 times the individual rent, i. e. €2,650 per month
ALTERNATIVELY, if you do not have a french guarantor, you can use the Cautioneo or Garantme services, which are accepted by the agency.

My time is split between the office and working from home (from my bedroom), going to the gym, spending time with friends, traveling regularly to Rouen and Toulouse, and a bit of gaming.
