The common parts should always stay spotless and I am looking for a person who is clean in general.

Neighbourhood:

Between Belleville and Canal Saint Martin. It's really a lovely neighbourhood, with Place Saint Marthe, one street away, filled with restaurants and bars.
Chinese markets in Belleville and the Canal where it is so pleasant to hang out.
Bikes (velib) up the street, metro Goncourt (line 11) at 7mn on foot, metro Colonel Fabien (line 2) 4mn on foot.
Supermarket and bakery across the street.
