Rue Marcadet runs through the heart of the 18th, just below Montmartre: bakeries, bistros and the Butte a few minutes uphill. Metro Marcadet-Poissonniers (lines 4 and 12) is a short walk away.

TO BOOK
Passport copy and proof of income (employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, last 3 payslips, or a guarantor). The deposit and membership fee are charged once you enter your payment details online. Rent is only due a few days before your contract starts.

LEAVING
Departures are at the end of the month: rent is due through the last day of your final month.
