I own a large apartment located in the 19th arrondissement near the metro Lumière.
The neighborhood is very pleasant (shops, village life). The Parc des Buttes Chaumont and the Canal de l'Ourcq are located 10 minutes away.
The apartment has 3 rooms (80 m²) comprising 3 well-separated bedrooms, an entrance hall, a living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and 2 separate WCs. It has been recently renovated and is in good condition. It is very bright, without vis-à-vis and very pleasant to live in. It is fully equipped (household appliances – internet…).
I propose to share one of the 1 fully furnished bedroom for a total rent of 700 € all charges included - water, electricity, internet...
I am a fully employed 50-year-old and spend a large part of my time out of Paris : I am therefore not very present in the apartment (1 night per week in general)
The main roommate is a 30-year-old french guy and is present in the appartment only 2 nights per week.
We are looking for 1 roommate for a period of 2 months for March and April. It could extend depending of the project

Having lived many years in shared accommodation, and are looking for a person who has experience of sharing space. A foreign trainee would be our preference for the short period.
