Available from April 1st, a lovely, light and airy, fully furnished room available in apartment to share in the highly practical neighborhood of St. Lazare/Opera. Wifi internet included, EDF/GDF shared. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with great full-sized bathtub. Great light all day from an east to southeast view. Hardwood floors. Great heating in winter time as each room has its own radiator. Great transport (Metro, RER, Bus, Taxi) just steps away at the train station. Walking distance to Opera, Madeleine, Concorde, the Tuileries, Montmartre, Parc Monceau, and the Grands Boulevards. This room has maximum privacy as it is right near the entrance and right next to the bathroom. I am an American who spends as much as half my time abroad in Stockholm, so you would often have the place to yourself. If you're looking for a very sociable group sharing experience, this is not it. But if you like the idea of the equivalent of a 25 m2 studio with a full sized kitchen and bath, and an occasional flat mate who also tends to keep to himself, well, this is for you. :)

Belle chambre lumineuse disponible, entièrement meublée. Belle lumière toute la journée grace au vu vers l'est sud, partiellement dégagé. Bien chauffée en hiver car chaque chambre dans l'appart porte son propre radiateur. Internet wifi gratuit. EDF/GDF à partager. A coté de la Gare St. Lazare donc transport impeccable. Américain, j'habite en Europe depuis longtemps et je passe la moitié de mon temps en Suède. Donc, assez souvent vous avez l'appartement à vous seul. A la recherche d'un ou d'une colloc sympa, avec un style de vie assez calme. Si vous cherchez une collocation très sociable où on partage beaucoup de la vie avec un groupe, ce n'est pas ici. Mais si vous cherchez l'équivalent d'un beau studio avec cuisine bien équipé et à part, et de temps à autre un colloc (moi) qui moi aussi garde ma privée à moi, c'est une belle opportunité celle ci!
