A fully furnished studio with its own private bathroom, inside a coliving house with a garden behind the courtyard. Your own front door, plus a community when you want one. Everything is included and ready. Move in with a suitcase.

YOUR STUDIO

THE GARDEN
Behind the courtyard there is a garden shared by everyone in the house: a place to eat outside in summer, work in the shade, or just sit somewhere that isn't your desk.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Water, electricity, heating, fibre internet, home insurance and cleaning of the common areas. One payment, nothing else to arrange.

WHO LIVES HERE
A mix of French and international students and young professionals. The studio is yours alone, or for two.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Montreuil is one of the liveliest corners of the eastern edge of Paris: street markets, artist studios, bars and cinemas, without Paris prices. The house sits on a quiet residential street, and metro La Dhuys (line 11) is roughly 2 minutes away - a brand-new station that opened with the line 11 extension, putting Chatelet on a single direct line.

PRACTICAL

- You can register at this address (proof of address provided), useful for your bank account, residence permit and administrative steps
- Eligible for CAF / APL housing benefit
- Deposit returned within 30 days after the end of the lease

TO BOOK
Passport copy and proof of income (employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, last 3 payslips, or a guarantor). The deposit and membership fee are charged once you enter your payment details online. Rent is only due a few days before your contract starts.

LEAVING
Departures are at the end of the month: rent is due through the last day of your final month.
